Ram Motorsport Racing is committed to delivering a rigorous, interdisciplinary, and
community-driven educational experience. Through hands-on engineering, collaborative
operations, and values-based leadership, RMR prepares Fordham students to excel across
technical, creative, and professional domains.
Alvaro brings technical leadership and operational focus to Ram Motorsport Racing. In his role as team principal, he is responsible for operational leadership and planning. His work helps set the standard for how the team operates, collaborates, and represents itself on and off the track.

Jeremy Tolochow
Jeremy leads engineering and educational efforts at Ram Motorsport Racing, overseeing technical development and hands-on learning initiatives. He focuses on turning theory into practice by guiding students through design, testing, and real-world motorsport engineering challenges.

Carson Panter
Carson serves as the financial officer of the club, responsible for maintaining the company’s financial records. He manages all incoming and outgoing funds and helps to allocate recourses for technical projects, safety equipment, and events.

Giancarlo Goeckel
Giancarlo serves as Head of the Drivers Program at Ram Motorsport Racing, overseeing and working closely with new and incoming drivers across both the competitive and developmental aspects of the program.
Seamus oversees Ram MotorSport Racing’s fundraising and external engagement efforts, managing donor outreach, sponsorship development, and financial support for the team’s operations. In addition to leading outreach strategy, he supports broader organizational and operational initiatives as needed to ensure the program runs effectively and sustainably.

Alisa serves as Secretary of Ram Motorsport Racing, overseeing internal communications, documentation, and organizational coordination. She supports team operations by maintaining records, facilitating information flow across departments, and helping ensure the organization runs efficiently and cohesively.
